All orders placed ship within 3 business days of your order date. Depending on where you live in the US, your package should arrive within 3-10 days of the date it was shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information for your package. If for any reason your order is delayed or cancelled, you will receive a shipping Update or Cancelled Order Notification.

All orders over $100 within the contiguous United States will receive free standard shipping.

Our regular shipping rates are as follows: Standard shipping (5-7 business days) $7.95. Express shipping (2-3 business days) $9.95.


We apologize, but at this time we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international shipping.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of any unworn item.

Unworn merchandise with tags attached and packaging included may be returned, with post-mark dated 10 days from receipt of item, for a full refund.

We will not refund any shipping and handling fees related to your purchase or return. If your return is post-dated between 11-30 days from receipt of merchandise, we will issue a store credit. We cannot accept returns past 31 days.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost packages.

If we receive your return postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of order, we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back.

If your return is postmarked between 8 and 14 days of your receipt of order, we will issue a coco + jaimeson credit. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

We will not complete a refund or credit if the purchased item was noted as a Final Sale Item at the time of purchase.

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours via email at so we can help.

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement item.
